Terms of Service

1. Definitions

  • “Services”: The Cures platform accessible via cures.co or apps, facilitating scheduling and business‑customer interactions.
     

  • “Partners”: Businesses using Cures to connect with customers.
     

  • “Customers”: Individuals using Services to book or interact with Partners.
     

2. Acceptance
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

 

3. Services Provided

  • Partners may manage appointments, communicate with Customers, process payments (if applicable).
     

  • Customers may browse, book, and receive services via Partners.
     

4. Registration & Account Security

  • You must provide accurate information.
     

  • You’re responsible for account confidentiality.
     

  • Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
     

5. Use Restrictions

  • Prohibited conduct: unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent uses, including misuse of Services or infringing others’ rights.
     

6. Intellectual Property

  • Cures retains all intellectual property rights to the platform.
     

  • Partners and Customers retain rights to their own content (e.g., service descriptions, user content).

 

7. Payments & Fees

  • If applicable, Partners set service prices. Cures may charge fees or take a commission (as agreed separately).
     

  • Cures is not the provider of professional services; Partners are independent.
     

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Services are provided “as is.”
     

  • Cures disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
     

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
     

9. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cures from any claims arising out of your use, breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights.

 

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate by notifying the other.
     

  • Upon termination, access to the platform ends. We may retain data as required by law or for dispute protection.
     

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles.

 

12. Modifications
We may update these Terms; changes will be effective upon posting with the “Effective Date.” Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
